Orders & Shipping
How much is shipping?
Standard courier shipping is free on all South African orders over R1 100. Below that, a flat courier fee is calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Orders within South Africa are delivered by courier in 2 to 4 business days once dispatched. Remote areas can take a little longer.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide and support ZAR, USD, EUR, AUD and NZD. International timelines and duties vary by destination and are shown at checkout where available. Questions about a specific country can go to
shipping@waltgear.co.za.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder or email
shipping@waltgear.co.za with your order number.
Sizing & Products
How do I choose the right size?
Every apparel product page has a Fit Finder that recommends a size from your measurements, and there is a full chart on our
Sizing Guide. If you plan to layer underneath, size up one.
Where is Walt Gear made?
Designed, tested and manufactured in South Africa. Local supply chain, local skills, no asterisk.
How do I care for my gear?
Machine wash warm, low tumble dry, no ironing, no bleach or dry cleaning. Rinse after salt water or sunscreen to preserve the UPF rating. Full care notes are on each product page.
Customisation
Can I add my logo to a product?
On customisable products you can add a company logo, club badge or personal brand using the Customise My Gear panel on the product page. Upload a PNG or SVG, pick a single print colour, and we do a heat-transfer print before shipping. Custom printing adds R50 per item and extends shipping by about 5 business days.
Payment
How can I pay?
Checkout is handled securely through PayFast, which supports card and other local payment methods. Your card details are never stored by us.
Is there a discount for catch and release?
Yes. Verified members of the Garrick Guardians and Dusky Guardians qualify for a conservation discount at checkout. See the Conservation page for how it works.

What is your returns policy?
Unworn items can be returned within 30 days, and size exchanges are free. Full detail is on

Our gear is guaranteed against manufacturing defects. If something fails that should not have, email
