The Otter 30 II is the pack you trust when the weather turns, the trail disappears, or the water gets rough. Fully submersible and sealed tight, it keeps your gear bone-dry and dust-free no matter how wild things get. No duct tape fixes, no zip-lock workarounds. Just a pack that lets you stay out longer and push further, backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
Made in South Africa. Full MOLLE across the front, sides, bottom and interior for whatever you need to strap on, plus a removable internal organiser sleeve with its own MOLLE attachments, so you can build the inside out however you use it. The Perlemoen Hard Shell clips onto the front on MOLLE instead of webbing straps, just like the real thing holds onto a rock. Inside, a velcro lining lets you fit it out however you like. All hardware, D-rings included, is anodised black aluminium. The base still carries an extra-durable textured PVC patch to shrug off scuffs and friction.

Literally use it for everything especially my expensive gear it is a well made and thoughtful bag. 100% water resistant took my camera for a swim with it with full confidence.
Honestly a great bag even did a 70 km 3day hike with it and was comfortable enough… so make your own decision but i love it
